When I was little I always looked up to the "big kids" at the arcades. I was always afraid to get my ass kicked by them in a game, but it happened nonetheless. The real players always came from arcades, in my opinion, haha.

This piece came to me pretty organically. I was listening to the song "Notorious Thugs" by Biggie Smalls while I was flipping through some pictures of Zoey, my 4 year old pug, and decided to take a few random lyrics from the song and pair it up with a drawing of a pug inspired by Zoey. This one goes out to my girlfriend Nikki, who has been bugging me to do a pug drawing for as long as I can remember! I finally caved in, haha.
